KAITY TULLY

Kaity has worked in People Ops for over 7 years. She started as a seasonal HR specialist in the ski industry and worked her way up, touching on many People Ops topics along the way.

 

She is a true generalist with areas of expertise in performance management, employee relations, benefits and compliance. She loves to help managers and employees create a successful working environment where everyone can flourish. She's excited to be part of the T2T team to help smaller companies with a variety of customized HR needs!

 

Kaity lives up in the Colorado mountains and enjoys snowboarding, running, biking and snuggling up to a nice fire with her pup.
